Service Description

Welcome to our 6-week Hypopressive class series at The Bump to Baby Hubb, Cheltenham! Designed especially for mums, our program offers a friendly and informal environment where you can relax and focus on your core and pelvic floor healing journey. £13 per session Weekly Sessions: Join us once a week for an hour Hypopressive exercise class. Our small group sessions ensure personalised attention, and best of all, your babies (pre-crawlers) are welcome too! We provide play-mats and toys to keep them entertained while you focus on your well-being. There’s always a chance to chill and chat at the end too. Progressive Learning: Each week, the sessions build on what you've learned, gradually introducing new elements of Hypopressive techniques. This ensures steady progress and continuous improvement. Unique Breathwork and Poses: You’ll learn the unique breathwork, breath holds, and poses that make this technique so effective. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, helping you build strength, improve posture, enhance core stability and pelvic floor function. Practice Flows to Take Home: Beyond the sessions, we equip you with tailored practice flows you can continue in your own time. These flows are short and designed to fit into the juggle of being a mum, ensuring you can practice wherever and whenever suits you. Guided Practice Videos: Access videos between each session to reinforce what you’ve learned and keep your practice consistent. Anytime Support: Have questions or need extra pointers? We’re just a message away, ready to provide guidance and support whenever you need it. Improvement Monitoring: Track your progress with our regular check-ins, ensuring you see and feel the improvements over the course of the block. The Hypopressive approach in these classes supports: -Postnatal Recovery: Effective no matter what stage you are at in your postnatal journey. -Strengthening Deep Core Muscles: Build a solid foundation for overall strength and stability. -Healing and Preventing Pelvic Floor Dysfunction: Address issues such as leaking or prolapse. -Reducing Diastasis Recti: Help close the abdominal separation that can occur post-pregnancy. -Reducing Lower Back Pain: Alleviate discomfort and improve posture. -Calming the Nervous System: Reduce anxiety and promote a sense of well-being. -Supporting a Safe Return to Exercise and Activities: Get back to activities you love with confidence We can’t wait to meet you and your little one!
